Dosarele de concurs se vor depune la sediul institu\u021biei, str. R\u0103spunde de efectuarea acestei atribu\u0163ii corect \u015fi \u00een termenul legal;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">actualizeaz\u0103, majoreaz\u0103 \u0219i modific\u0103 drepturilor salariale, dup\u0103 caz, conform legii.- asigur\u0103 introducerea \u00een baza de date a concediilor de odihn\u0103 ale salaria\u0163ilor, \u00een baza cererilor apobate ale acestora de c\u0103tre \u015feful ierarhic superior sau \u00eenlocuitorul de drept al acestuia. R\u0103spunde de \u00eentocmirea situa\u0163iei privind planificarea concediilor de odihn\u0103, \u00een vederea aprob\u0103rii de c\u0103tre primar \u015fi um\u0103re\u015fte respectarea ei. R\u0103spunde de eviden\u0163a tuturor tipurilor de concedii: concediilor de odihn\u0103, medicale, de studii cu sau f\u0103r\u0103 plat\u0103 \u015fi interese personale, aprobate conform prevederilor legale;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00eentocme\u015fte \u0219i verific\u0103 foile de prezen\u0163\u0103;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00eentocme\u0219te \u0219i urmareste\u00a0 vizarea legitima\u0163iilor de serviciu, ecusoane \u015fi urm\u0103re\u015fte recuperarea lor la \u00eencetrea\/modificarea raportului de serviciu sau de munc\u0103 ale angaja\u0163ilor;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">elibereaz\u0103, la cerere, adeverin\u0163e privind calitatea de salariat\/asigurat, vechimea \u00een munc\u0103\/specialitate \u0219i drepturile salariale;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">asigur\u0103 aplicarea prevederilor legale privind pensionarea pentru limit\u0103 de v\u00e2rst\u0103 sau invaliditate.
